It is quite possible to leave the bedding inside the bed once it is locked. One of the wall bed's main goals is to be easy to use on a daily basis! It will only be necessary to replace blankets, placing the overhang under the mattress so that the bed closes properly.
As for pillows, it is recommended to test them to see if you can leave them inside. A large number of pillows or very thick ones can create storage issues. But every pillow is different! In most cases, pillows are no problem and can stay on top of the bed at any time. We also offer the option to add a pillow box designed for storage, which will be set up at the back of your wall bed.
